Workshop Registration Procedures

Registration for WCPSS Employees on eSchools

Before you register on eschools you must:

  • Call the workshop information line at Project Enlightenment at 856-7805 to see if there is space available in the training you wish to attend.
  • Register by printing out a paper copy of the registration form. All Project Enlightenment workshops are free to WCPSS employees.
  • Send the registration form by mail or courier to Pat Graham, Registrar, Project Enlightenment, 501 S. Boylan Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27603.
  • Receive an official confirmation from the Project Enlightenment registrar that you are enrolled in a training. Confirmation will be sent by email only.
  • Register on eSchools for session 280314701 if you are planning to take any workshops sponsored by Project Enlightenment in the fall of 2008. Register for session 281314801 if you are planning to take any workshops sponsored by Project Enlightenment in the spring of 2009. Register ONLY ONCE if you are taking one workshop/series or numerous workshops/series.

Each workshop of the same title may be taken only once a year for credit.

Registration for Non-Wake County Public School System employees

  • Call the workshop information line at Project Enlightenment at 856-7805 to see if there is a space available in the training you wish to attend.
  • Register through the Project Enlightenment registration process in the brochure or online with a credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard and Discover only). Confirmation will be sent to you by email so please be sure to put your email address on your online registration form.
  • If paying by check please print out a copy of your registration form and send the form and your check, payable to Project Enlightenment, to Pat Graham, Registrar, Project Enlightenment, 501 S. Boylan Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27603. All confirmation will be sent by email. If you do not have an email address please send a self-addressed stamped envelope along with your registration form and fees so that se can mail your confirmation.

Inclement Weather Policy

Project Enlightenment is part of the Wake County Public School System. If schools close due to inclement weather, Project Enlightenment workshops will be cancelled and rescheduled at a later date. Listen to local media for announcements. If cancelled, the workshop will be rescheduled. Allow three to five days after cancellation and call the workshop information line at 856-7805 to learn the make-up date.

Cancellations

Project Enlightenment maintains a no refund policy unless a workshop or series is cancelled by the Project.
