Project Enlightenment Weather Policy: When Schools are closed, Project Enlightenment is closed and workshops are cancelled. Evening workshops are also cancelled if WCPSS cancels after school activities. Please check the WCPSS website for up-to-date closing information. Questions, call 919-856-7774
Project Enlightenment is an early childhood education and intervention program of the Wake County Public School System, serving teachers and parents of young children, ages birth through kindergarten.

Anyone who has a question or concern about a child birth through kindergarten age can call: 919-856-7808, Hours: Tuesdays 9:30-11:00 AM, Wednesdays 1-2:30 PM,
Thursdays 1-2:30 PM. This service has been restored through funding from the Project Enlightenment Foundation.

PPB1510 - Understanding Temperament and How it Impacts Your Child's Behavior for 3/5 has been postponed due to inclement weather. A make up date has yet to be determined.
PPB1508 - Developing Emotional Intelligence and Resiliency in Our Children workshop has been rescheduled for 4/16.
Applications are being accepted now through February for our half-day inclusion Demonstration Preschool for the 2015-2016 school year. For more information, call (919) 831–3890.
